Ruby Tuesday

Server was less than friendly. Had to send meal back because it tasted like an entire salt shaker had been dumped on it. Salad bar vegetables were limp like they had been frozen and then thawed. Not a good experience at all

Our Waitress, Connie M. Was excellent! This was the second time we've had Connie serve us and she is always on top of everything! Even taking the time to love on our 1 year old daughter. We will be back and ask for Connie each time!We asked the 2 hostesses for a high chair when we arrived, and they never brought one. Connie ended up bringing it to us.I asked the hostesses if the men's room had a changing table in it and neither knew and we're unwilling to check. (By the way it does, I found out for myself.)Bathrooms could have been cleaner.The food was good, properly prepared and came out quickly.I think it was unprofessional of another server and a potential manager complaining and attempting to call out Connie when she assisted another server in front of the customers. I ordered the shrimp with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Thought these were Gulf Shrimp they end up being frozen shrimp.. Very disappointing! Got my dinner back to the hotel realize they had forgotten the mashed potatoes. Overall disappointing
